Introductory Sessions

 

Begin to learn the foundational exercise, concepts and mechanics of kettlebell training.

What to wear: Comfortable clothing and FLAT SOLED shoes (or no shoes).

What to bring: A bottle of water and a thirst for learning!

What to expect: A hands-on introduction to kettlebell training.  Enough to decide if it might be for you.  Intro Sessions focus on the mechanics of the foundational kettlebell exercise called “The Swing”.

If you decide to join us, you will continue to learn, practice and perfect your kettlebell skills in Group Classes.  We have a GREAT little community ready to help you succeed and meet your goals, whatever they may be!
